Mindfulness - An Approach to Life
This experiential class will focus on mindfulness as a practice, through meditations, teachings and discussions. Participants will learn some of the benefits of mindfulness, how to strengthen our ability to cope with short and long-term stress, and how mindfulness can reconnect us to our strengths and joys. Practicing with curiosity and compassion we can open to the awareness that leads to resilience - to better navigate life’s ups and downs. Open to all - beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
