Clinical studies have shown that mindfulness can decrease anxiety, stress and worry. This 6-week course, based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum, supports our natural ability to connect with the present moment. Learn how cultivating the practice of mindfulness can lead to a more joyful, meaningful and beneficial life. Mindfulness can help to clarify your values and purpose, and live with a greater sense of belonging and connection. Join the journey to resilience and strengthen your ability to cope with short- and long-term stress.
