Mindfulness: An Approach to Life

This experiential class will focus on mindfulness as a practice, through discussions, activities and teachings. Participants will learn the benefits of mindfulness practices, how to strengthen their ability to cope with short and long-term stress, and how mindfulness can help to reconnect individuals to their own strengths and joys. Students will leave with a deeper knowledge of the positive role mindfulness can play in daily life.
