Did you know that the benefits of being outdoors, in a garden setting, are magnified when experienced with mindfulness? This workshop will explore the research-based benefits of practicing mindfulness techniques and spending time in nature. You will have the opportunity to experience short mindfulness practices and discover how you can bring this practice into nature.
