As the sun sets over The Gardens, gather with fellow food lovers for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and seasonal inspiration. In our outdoor kitchen, chefs from The Cooking Studio Fort Collins will bring the flavors of the season to life through engaging cooking demonstrations featuring a fresh local ingredient.

While hands-on participation will be limited, guests will still enjoy an immersive experience complete with wine tastings, garden-inspired refreshments, and the opportunity to savor each dish together. You’ll leave with recipes, inspiration, and new ideas to bring the garden to your own table. 

Refunds: The Gardens on Spring Creek requires 2 week notice for a full refund of these class fees. If class is cancelled by the Gardens on Spring Creek for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Tickets are transferable. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.
