Garden to Fork adult cooking classes are back this summer with a new twist and a new name! Like years past, each class highlights seasonal produce grown in our community: The Three Sisters, Berries and Stone Fruit, Chilis and Peppers, Root Vegetables, and Brassicas. But this year the experience has been slightly reimagined.
Gather in our outdoor kitchen, surrounded by The Gardens in bloom, as instructors from the Cooking Studio lead engaging, demonstration-based classes that showcase how to transform fresh ingredients into beautiful, seasonal dishes.
While hands-on participation will be limited, guests will still enjoy an immersive experience complete with wine tastings, garden-inspired refreshments, and the opportunity to savor each dish together. You’ll leave with recipes, inspiration, and new ideas to bring the garden to your own table.
