Sip on wine and garden infused water as we discover the sweet flavors hidden beneath the soil. We will explore the unique personalities of root vegetables as we cook Samosas with tamarind chutney and cilantro chutney followed by Kandamool, a root vegetable curry, and grilled naan. We’ll finish the night with a sweet treat. This class is hands-on, all participants will help create the meal and savor the flavors under the setting sun.
