We will cook Blistered Shishito Peppers with Cilantro Lime Aqua Faba and Grilled Chicken with Mole Verde and Achiote Rice followed by a cold sweet treat.
This class is primarily demonstration with limited hands-on participation. As the chefs show you how to create this meal, sit back and savor the flavors under the setting sun. Menu can altered to fit dietary restrictions.
