Sip on wine and garden infused water as we savor the sweet berry and stone fruit harvest. These treasures of summer will be the star of the show as we create a Berry Spinach Salad, followed by a Duck Breast with Quinoa tabbouleh with fresh and dried fruits, herbs, and a berry vinaigrette then we’ll finish with a sweet treat. This class is hands-on, all participants will help create the meal and savor the flavors under the setting sun.
