Garden Cooking Demonstration: The Three Sisters

Sip on wine and garden infused water as we introduce you to our three sisters: corn, squash and beans. This magical trio will shine as we prepare Succotash Salad with an Herb Vinaigrette and Falafel with Zucchini Tzatziki followed by a cold sweet treat.
This class is primarily demonstration with limited hands-on participation. As the chefs show you how to create this meal, sit back and savor the flavors under the setting sun. Menu can altered to fit dietary restrictions.
