Garden Cooking Demonstration: Berries and Stone Fruit

Sip on wine and garden infused water as we savor the sweet berry and stone fruit harvest. These treasures of summer will be the star of the show as we create Fruit Bruschetta with Whipped Goat Cheese and Grilled Pork Loin with Creamy Polenta and Blackberry Ginger Glaze followed by a cold sweet treat.
This class is primarily demonstration with limited hands-on participation. As the chefs show you how to create this meal, sit back and savor the flavors under the setting sun. Menu can altered to fit dietary restrictions.
